- We provide digital services and subscription-based content, so returns are not applicable
- All payments are non-refundable once access is granted
- No refunds for partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction
✅ Exceptions:
Refunds are only considered if:
- Duplicate payment is made
- Payment is deducted but access is not provided
(Users must report within 5 working days)
🔄 Subscription:
- You can cancel anytime
- Cancellation applies only to future billing
- No refund for the current active plan
